Terms of service

1. What we do. We accept a written message and optional image, print it in black and white on plain white letter-size paper, and mail it by U.S. postal service to the address on file for the named recipient. The service is operated by JCGV Consulting and Management Inc..
2. Price. $4.99 per letter, which includes review, printing and postage. Nothing is charged to the recipient or the facility.
3. No guarantee of delivery, reading, or response. We control printing and mailing. We do not control, and cannot guarantee, whether facility staff deliver the letter to the recipient, whether the recipient reads it, or whether they respond. See the mail rules.
4. Content review. We screen every message and image before printing and may decline to print content that violates facility rules or the law. You will be notified if that happens.
5. Your content. You confirm you have the right to use the text and image you submit and that they contain no private information about other people without their consent. If you choose to publish to the public gallery, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it there.
6. Independent service. This is a mail-forwarding and printing service only. It is not an official channel and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any government, court, facility, or the person named. We do not provide legal advice or representation.
7. Charitable allocation. $1 from every paid order goes to children's cancer research. Contact us for more information.
